Meet AYUMI Coffee & More

The name AYUMI means “walk” or “progress” in Japanese—a reflection of our journey and our belief that life is best enjoyed one step, one connection, and one cup of coffee at a time.

Our love for specialty coffee began in Cary, where we had the opportunity to operate a coffee truck at popular Triangle destinations, including North Hills and Fenton. Along the way, we also had the pleasure of serving at weddings, private events, pop-ups, festivals, and farmers markets, bringing great coffee and good vibes wherever we went.

​

Our journey then took us to Newton Grove, NC, where we opened our first brick-and-mortar location and became part of the local community. We’re incredibly grateful for the warm welcome and support we received during our time there.

Now, we’re excited to begin our next chapter and move back to the Raleigh/Triangle area, returning to where our coffee journey began. AYUMI Coffee & More is now a mobile coffee cart specializing in events and catering throughout Raleigh and the Triangle, NC.

Whether it’s a wedding, corporate gathering, private celebration, community event, pop-up, festival, or farmers market, we bring the coffee experience directly to you. We serve specialty coffee, cold brew, matcha, and more, along with delicious treats from Triangle favorite La Farm Bakery—including almond croissants, cinnamon buns, scones, chocolate cookies, etc.
