Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your event, please let us know as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

15+ days before the event: Full refund

8-14 days before the event: 50% refund of the deposit amount

1-7 days before the event: No refund, but we can apply the amount to a future event
Custom Orders: If we've already ordered custom items (like branded cups or signage) that can't be returned, you'll be responsible for the cost of those items.

Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes events need to be rescheduled. We're happy to accommodate changes, but we need sufficient notice:

Single-day events: 72 hours' notice (less than that means full event charge)

Multi-day events: 7 days' notice (less than that means full event charge)​
